saying tells that you are what you eat. What
and how we eat gives away good clues on how
long you will live, how healthy you will be
and how you live. In some parts of the world
like Japan, a lot of people live to be over
100 years. When they looked at what they eat
everyday, they found that they used a variety
of fruit and vegetables with different colors
and little or non meat. In the western world
nearly all products contain sugar or salt. And
you will find sugar in the strangest products,
like fish, ketchup, milk and so on. If your
aware of this, and look for products that not
contain sugar, or salt. And also look for products
that is ecological grown, your life will be
a better one.
Eat less meat, it takes bigger areas to produce
meat, and then they cut more rainforest. Think
of that the next time you eat your burger or
pizza.
Find yourself a local farmer that grows ecological,
then you also get products that taste better,
has traveled less and is more fresh, and produce
natural products.
